Every plan is the whole platform, and most businesses never come near a limit. We set a few limits so no single account can strain things for everyone else.

FAIR USE

Email and campaigns.

Email and campaigns are part of every plan, and we do not put a count on them. We do ask that you use them the way a business normally does: writing to your customers, your leads, and the people who asked to hear from you.

For example, an account with more than 50,000 contacts on Solo Core or Solo Plus is outside fair use. Businesses that grow into that size are welcome, and they usually fit best on a different plan.
