8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUROFIN, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold Neurofin, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
