Your clients never see bizzOS. The platform is branded as your business — your logo, your domain, your name. bizzOS runs behind the scenes.

Setup is determined by team size. Teams of 1–4 are typically up and running in 3–5 business days. Teams of 5 or more take 3–7 weeks. Enterprise timelines are scoped in the service agreement.

Security & Privacy

Absolutely. bizzOS is built on Google Cloud Platform enterprise infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is isolated per organization and never shared.

bizzOS is built on GCP enterprise infrastructure and adheres to HIPAA, GDPR, COPPA, NIST, CDPA, and CPRA standards.

All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform in US-based data centers.

Support

Every plan includes white-glove onboarding. You're not setting this up alone.

Once inside the platform, you can submit a bug report or feature request from any page. For feature requests, we also host monthly virtual office hours — 45 minutes, first-come first-served, open to all customers.

Live support is available 7 AM – 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Automated support is available 24/7.
