THE GROUNDBREAKER PROGRAM
Ground gets broken
by people, not products.
Groundbreakers open doors into the communities they already belong to. You make the introduction — we handle everything after it — and you earn credits against your bizzOS subscription every time one lands.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You don't have to sell anything.
You just have to know people.
Some Groundbreakers run businesses. Some don't. The only thing they have in common is that their name opens a door ours wouldn't.
THE COMMUNITY BUILDER
You run the room.
The meetup, the group chat, the mastermind, the Sunday table. When somebody in your circle needs a person, they don't search — they ask you.
THE ECOSYSTEM INSIDER
You sit where the businesses are.
A chamber, an incubator, an accelerator, a coworking space, a membership org. You either work inside one or you're on a first-name basis with the people who run them.
THE OPERATOR
You already run on bizzOS.
You use the platform every day and you talk about it anyway. The difference now is that the credits come off your own bill.
HOW YOU EARN
Three ways to break ground.
One running balance.
You send an attendee to a tour.
They register, they show up. That's the whole requirement.
You connect us with a host.
A coworking space, chamber, incubator, accelerator, or membership org books a tour for their community. You make the introduction — we handle the rest.
A business you introduced subscribes.
The introduction becomes a customer. This is the one that moves your balance.
Credits come straight off your subscription.
They don't expire and there's no ceiling on how many you can earn. Introduce enough people to the rooms you already run, and your subscription stops being a line item.
WHAT YOU GET
We don't hand you a link
and wish you luck.
YOUR OWN LINK
One link that does the tracking for you.
Every host, attendee, and business that arrives through it is attributed to you automatically. Nothing to remember, nothing to report.
A GROUNDBREAKER PORTAL
See every introduction in one place.
Who came through, what stage they're at, and what your balance looks like. No emailing us to ask where things stand.
LANGUAGE THAT WORKS
You shouldn't have to improvise.
What to say to a coworking space. What to say to a business owner who's drowning. Written down, so the introduction sounds like you and still lands.
ASSETS YOU CAN SEND
One-pagers that explain it without you.
Clean PDFs on the tours and on the platform. Forward them and let them do the talking.
POSTS, ALREADY WRITTEN
For the weeks you'd rather post than pitch.
Drop-in copy and graphics you can put straight on your feed. Entirely opt-in — take them or leave them.
WE TAKE IT FROM THERE
Your job ends at the introduction.
We run the outreach, the scheduling, the workshop, and the follow-up. You never have to chase anyone or explain a feature.
WHAT YOU'RE INTRODUCING PEOPLE TO
bizzOS Tours.
A workshop, not a pitch.
Every week we run a 45- or 90-minute working session — in person and virtual — on one business process. Standing up a CRM. Getting a booking system live. Actually sending the invoices.
We use bizzOS as the workbench, so people leave having built the thing instead of having watched a slide about it. Nobody gets sold to. That's what makes it an easy room for you to open.
FOR HOSTS
You already have the room.
Coworking spaces, chambers, incubators, accelerators, and membership orgs bring us in for a lunch-and-learn or a morning session. They supply the audience — we supply the workshop.

Bring a real problem.
Anyone running a business can sit in. Forty-five minutes later they've built the thing they came in stuck on, and they leave with an account to keep working in.

Four steps.
One of them is yours.
Apply
A couple of minutes. Tell us who you are and which rooms you're already standing in.
Hear back within 24 hours
A person reviews every application — not a queue. You'll have an answer inside one business day.
Get your kit
Your link, your portal, your language, and your assets. All of it at once, not drip-fed.
Start breaking ground
Make the introduction. The credit lands when it does.
QUESTIONS
The things
people ask first.
Do I have to be a bizzOS customer?
No. Plenty of Groundbreakers never open the platform. If you do subscribe, your credits come straight off your bill — if you don't, we'll sort out how you'd like them applied when you're ready to use them.
What if someone forgets to use my link?
You'll still get the credit. Every form we run asks how someone heard about us, and you can always tell us directly. The link isn't there to police anything — it just makes the credit automatic instead of manual.
Do credits expire?
No. They sit on your balance until you use them.
Is there a limit on how many I can earn?
There isn't one. Introduce two people or two hundred — the ladder works the same either way.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no fee, no minimum, and no obligation to produce a certain number of introductions to stay in the program.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
You already made
the introductions.
Start getting credit for them. Apply in a couple of minutes and you'll hear back from us within a business day.
Let's get started.
Live work sessions, every week, each built around different workflows in your business. Come ready to build your business on bizzOS together, so you can stop juggling countless tools.
- A different focus each day. Branded email campaigns that land in your customers' inbox. SOPs that stick. Finances that help you grow instead of weighing on you.
- Pick the session that fits what you need. Each one is built around a single workflow, so you see the modules that matter to you.
- Build it live. Set up what you use today in bizzOS as we go.
- 45 minutes of work, then 15 of Q&A. Build first, then ask us anything.
